  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Adds tangy flavor
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise For the creamy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Adds a zesty kick
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Enhances savory flavor
  • 4 slices American cheese Melts over the patty
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Soft yet sturdy
  • to taste Lettuce, tomato, and pickles Fresh toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef and ranch seasoning mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties, making them slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Preheat your skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties on the skillet or grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  2. Carefully flip the patties and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, adding a slice of cheese in the last minute.
Assembly
  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the sauce on the bottom of each bun, add lettuce, the cheeseburger patty, then top with tomato slices and pickles.
  3. Finish with the top half of the bun and serve.

Notes

Don’t overmix the beef to keep burgers juicy. Press a slight dent into each patty to prevent bulging while cooking. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness (160°F).
