  • 1 cup crushed Oreos Adds crunch and chocolate flavor.
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies Provides extra sweetness and texture.

  • Mini as needed Oreos & mini chocolate chip cookies for garnish Adds fun visual appeal.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the instant pudding mix and whole milk to the cream cheese mixture, beating until fully incorporated.
  4. Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring and mix until desired color is achieved.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the blue cream cheese mixture.
  6. Carefully fold in the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Adjust sweetness to your preference while mixing. Consider adding a chocolate drizzle for a decadent touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
