Prepare Icing
- In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
- Divide the icing into separate bowls and add food coloring.
Decorate Cookies
- Use piping bags or spatulas to decorate the cooled cookies.
- Add sprinkles and other edible decorations.
