Method
 

Preheat and Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg, along with vanilla and almond extracts.
Combine and Shape Dough

  2. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
  3. Slightly flatten each ball with your hand.
Bake and Cool

Notes
