Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

  7. Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
Baking

  1. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cooled cookie crust.
  2. Crumble cookie dough over the whipped cream.
