Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for the perfect bake.
  2. Cook the fettuccine or pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, letting the pasta cool slightly.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant and golden.
  2. Stir in the Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, butter, and optional nutmeg. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  3. Add shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the sauce. Gently stir until the chicken and broccoli are well coated in the delicious sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli Alfredo mixture. Stir to ensure all the ingredients are mixed evenly.
  5. Transfer the combined mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Top the dish with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, creating a cheesy blanket.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.
