Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Use a whisk to blend them together until smooth.
  2. Pour in the cherry blossom extract (or sakura syrup) and stir until well combined. Optionally add cherry syrup for extra flavor.
Churning
  1. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions to achieve a soft-serve consistency.
  2. After churning, gently drizzle the cherry syrup into the ice cream and use a spoon to create swirls.
Freezing
  1. Pour the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Serving
  1. Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and garnish with edible flowers if desired.

Notes
