Method
 

Cooking the Sausage
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground sausage. Break it up as it cooks, browning and cooking through for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess grease to keep the dip creamy.
Incorporating Ingredients
  1. Lower the heat slightly and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until fully melted and incorporated.
  2. Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, followed by the drained Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper, stirring until all cheeses are melted and the dip is smooth.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Remove the skillet from heat and, if desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
  2. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

For varied flavors, experiment with different types of sausage or add diced jalapeƱos for a spicier kick. You can also use a slow cooker to prepare this dip.
