Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Incorporate the sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
Assembly
  1. Spread a spoonful of sour cream onto each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and add a portion of chicken in the center.
  3. Top with chopped parsley for added flavor.
