- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Carefully fold in the drained sweet corn, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, and the chopped green onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
