- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Open the can of refrigerated croissant dough and carefully unroll it.
Assembly
- Take a generous scoop of the chicken mixture and place it on the wide end of each croissant triangle. Roll it up tightly.
- Arrange the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
