For the croissants
  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough Creates a buttery, flaky exterior.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated croissant dough and carefully unroll it.
Assembly
  1. Take a generous scoop of the chicken mixture and place it on the wide end of each croissant triangle. Roll it up tightly.
  2. Arrange the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.

Notes

Consider mixing in chopped jalapeños or sun-dried tomatoes for added flavor. You can prepare the filling ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
