Preparation
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

- Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and bubbly.
Assembly
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
- Spoon the cheesy beef mixture into each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
Notes
For a quicker version, use pre-cooked ground beef or a store-bought taco seasoning. Consider using different cheeses like Monterey Jack or jalapeños for added flavor.
