For the wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas Soft and warm for wrapping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5–7 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up the meat into smaller pieces.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and bubbly.
Assembly
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
  2. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture into each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped lettuce and tomatoes.

Notes

For a quicker version, use pre-cooked ground beef or a store-bought taco seasoning. Consider using different cheeses like Monterey Jack or jalapeños for added flavor.
