  • 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup Forms the base of the Alfredo sauce.
For the Pasta
  • 1 pound penne pasta Cook according to package instructions.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub this flavorful spice blend onto the thinly sliced sirloin steak.
Cooking
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it's browned and cooked to your preference. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed, and season the peeled and deveined shrimp with any remaining spices. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, additional garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring frequently until it is smooth and heated through.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked penne pasta to the saucepan with the creamy sauce, stirring well to coat the pasta evenly. Then, mix in the cooked steak and shrimp until everything is combined and heated through.
Serving
  1. Dish out the pasta onto plates, garnishing with extra grated Parmesan and a dash of black pepper for added flavor. Enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before serving for a bright zing. Leftover cheeses can be combined and sprinkled on top for richer taste.
