Preparation

  2. Press the biscuit dough directly onto a pizza pan, using your fingers to form a crust.
Making the sausage gravy
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, crumbling it as it browns.
  2. Once browned, stir in the flour, mixing it with the sausage.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembling and baking the pizza
  1. Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuit crust, spreading it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the gravy.
  3. Crack the eggs gently onto the pizza, spacing them as preferred.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
