Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine or spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended and creamy, then set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until bright pink and opaque.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
  1. Lower the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta and shrimp, tossing gently to coat.
Finishing and Serving
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
