Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, minced garlic, egg, Dijon mustard, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place each meatball onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Spritz the meatballs with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the meatballs bake, prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and a dash of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Serve the baked meatballs hot, drizzled with the creamy avocado sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.

Notes

For best results, chill the salmon mixture for 15 minutes before forming meatballs. Consider replacing breadcrumbs with a lighter option like almond flour or crushed oats for a healthier twist.
