Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core to create a small well.
  4. Place the pear halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over each pear half.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg evenly over the pears.
  7. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries.
  8. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and tops are golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary before serving.

Notes

To elevate the dish, choose ripe pears like Bosc or Anjou. You can add nuts or swap dried fruits for variations. Enjoy warm or chilled.
