Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each pear in half and scoop out the core.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, optional walnuts, and cinnamon.
Baking
- Spoon the feta mixture into each pear half.
- Drizzle honey over the filled pears.
- Arrange the pears in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, drizzled with extra honey if desired.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm pears to prevent mushiness. Optionally toast walnuts for enhanced flavor. Can prepare filling in advance and bake later.
