- Select a round platter or large circular board as the base.
- Place the mozzarella balls in the center of the platter, forming a small circle.
- Arrange the sliced salami and prosciutto in a circular pattern around the mozzarella, allowing slices to slightly overlap.
- Fill in the outer edges with olives, cherry tomatoes, and marinated artichoke hearts, creating a wreath shape.
- Carefully drizzle the balsamic glaze over the entire wreath.
- Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
- Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
